Echo Art is run by just me (Ash) I do everything from designing and making my products, to packing and posting! Due to Covid-19 shipping is currently once a week. I have a heart condition and so currently my brother is posting for me, to reduce the amount of time I am interacting with postal workers and being outside in this current situation.

Hopefully updates to Shipping methods are expected in the coming weeks adhering to .Gov Guidelines. I will update this page as and when that happens.

Orders will be shipped every Thursday via Royal Mail on the following services:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Please be advised if you select Standard 2nd Class mail, untracked, we cannot be liable for any parcels lost or unarrived.

I am not liable for tax/custom/import duties that may be charged once the parcel has reached its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please be aware that different products have a different turnaround. As a lot of the work I create is bespoke, it cannot be sent out straight away. Each item has its own processing time, depending on how much personalisation is needed.

If no personalisation is needed I will aim to ship your product out in 1-5 working days from the date of your order, shipping times vary due to current COVID19 delays.
