REFUNDS
Refund Policy
If we acknowledge an order but, for some reason outside of our control, we are unable to complete the transaction within 30 days then any payment made will be refunded immediately to the same Paypal/ bank account that monies were received from, if you ask us to do so.
Shop Orders
Once you have placed an order you have 48 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you want a refund after receiving your order , you have 14 days from the day you the customer received the order, and when we receive it back within 14 days of you receiving it then we will offer a full refund.
